Rotary Club of Forked River- K of C- Thank You
Neighbors helping neighbors.  Members of our club attended the Pasta Night fundraiser held by The Columbian Club at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Lacey Road on Saturday evening.   The evenings' menu included pasta, meatballs, sauce, salad, bread/rolls, desserts, coffee, tea, and cold drinks. President William Recevuto presented an award to Father Capodanno Council #6522 members for hosting our clubs Elf Program Gift Distribution in December 0f 2016.

2017 Annual Blood Drive- Rotary Club of Forked River

We had a perfect day and a steady turnout for this years' blood drive event for the New Jersey Blood Services Center, which ran from 8:00 AM till 2:00 PM on Saturday the 25th.  We had a total of 39 sign ups and we're able to collect 37 pints of blood to help build up the blood reserves for those in need.  Thank you to all of the participants and Rotarians that helped in the event.  See you next year!

The Harlem Wizards are coming to town!! 
Photo Ops! Souvenirs! Interactive Fun!! Come support the Lacey Warriors – and all your favorite teachers from all the schools – on Tuesday 2/28/17 as they take on the Harlem Wizards in a fast paced, family fun event of tricks, hoops and alley oops!. Doors open at 6pm. Pre-Sale tickets are available at Ivy Cottage, 407 Lacey Road, Forked River; Ryan’s ServiCenter, 603 Rt. 9N, Lanoka Harbor and First Constitution Mortgage, Rt 9N, Forked River. Advance ticket prices are $10.00 for students and $12.00 for general admission. Courtside Plus tickets available at $30.00 each. Tickets will also be sold at the door - $12.00 for students and $15.00 general admission. Sponsored by the Lacey Township High School Interact Club and the Rotary Club of Forked River, this family fun night benefits the community service projects and scholarships of the LTHS Interact Club.

3rd Annual Chefs Night Out 2017
Great night at the 3rd Annual Chef's Night Out! An evening of good food, fun and fellowship.  Here's some of our chefs receiving their awards for their dishes. We believe everyone that attended, went home with a full belly. Congratulations to our 50/50 winner who went home with a fatter wallet, plus the winner also donated back 50% of his winnings to our club.  Thank you Tom and Rob for chairing the event.  Thanks to members that helped put together this years' event and thank you to this years attendees for supporting our club. We are pleased to announce that our organization is continuing our scholarship program for the 2016-2017 School year.

For our Scholarship Program this year, we are continuing a total of $20,000 in new awards.  The selection criteria we use include “service oriented students with leadership qualities.”  Preference will be given to active members of the Lacey Rotary Interact Club and those who demonstrate community involvement.

The deadline for the completed application package is 4:00pm on Tuesday, April 11.  If you have any questions, please contact a Rotarian.
